VR FleetCare

VR FleetCare and EKE-Electronics are actively engaged in joint development for advanced bogie condition monitoring to enable data-driven maintenance.

The monitoring system and sensor gateway is an off the shelf solution installed by EKE-Electronics. The user interface is designed and created by EKE-Electronics. The system contains advanced analytics developed from over 80 years of accumulated knowledge of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance within the SmartVision™ team and in collaboration with VR FleetCare.

Data has been collected from trains running in live traffic since the summer of 2019.
